Membership benefits
Discover Herita's membership benefits. Join us today and make a difference for unique heritage sites in Flanders!
Access to our places
Free regular access to all the historical sites we care for: a diverse range of places, with monuments in every province of Flanders. The access is unlimited during the period of your membership. You do not mind that some sites are closed for restoration. That is what we are doing it for, isn't it? It is precisely because of the support of your membership that we can realize these restorations.
Our placesInvites & discounts
Even during the restoration of a monument we do our best to make the site as accessible as possible: through site visits, activities on the grounds etc.
As a member of Herita, you will be the first to be informed of these initiatives, receive exclusive invitations or a look behind the scenes. You also enjoy free access or discounts for a selection of the temporary exhibitions in our monuments.
Guides & newsletters
Twice a year you will receive by post a cahier in which one of our monuments is highlighted. Discover the history of the site through reports, interviews, fun walks and delicious recipes.
You will also receive monthly emails with the best outings for the whole family and updates on our projects.
National Trusts worldwide
Herita membership will take you far, very far! Get free access to historic sites managed by National Trust organizations affiliated with INTO (International National Trust Organization). Your membership makes a difference

As a member of Herita, you are contributing to something special. Your support not only helps us to carry out important conservation work on irreplaceable heritage sites in Flanders, you also contribute to the advocacy of our historical places. Herita has the ambition to grow into a National Trust organization for Flanders. A strong membership movement enables us to:
- Manage our sites well and, where possible, protect and open up even more historical places.
- Defend the interests of our heritage to the government and weigh in on policy.
- Share knowledge with other heritage professionals in Flanders.
- Put the care for our real estate heritage on the agenda of a broad public, for example by coordinating the European Heritage Days in Flanders.
